We offer 4 main Property Management services:

1 Short-term Full Management Solution

This service allows you to take full advantage of your property by letting it on a nightly basis. You can also use it for your personal use. The property is let for a maximum period of 5 months to any one tenant. The apartment is pretty much available as an ‘Aparthotel’ or a ‘Serviced Apartment’ or Villa. We charge a one-off token marketing fee and then a monthly management fee of the gross rental income.

2. Long-term Full Management Solution

‘Long-term’, means that your property is let on a long-term basis, for a minimum period of 6 months. This service is ideal for landlords living abroad, as it is our responsibility as the managing agents to look after your property on a daily basis including receiving your rent. Our fees include a one-off fee once a tenant has been sourced and then a monthly percentage of the gross rental income.

3. Let-Only Solution

This is a tenant finding service. Our aim here to source a suitable tenant, after which it becomes your responsibility to manage the property. We charge a one-off finders-fee.

4. Rental Guarantee

The Cityred Rental Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind as an investor. You also have the option to make use of the apartment every year. After valuing your property, we will guarantee a minimum rental of 8% of the value of your apartment. We only take on apartments that are fully furnished and to the highest standards. This service is only available for specific developments.
