The Purchase Process

Morocco has an extremely well organised land registry system, and the purchase process is identical to how it works in France.

With an office here in Morocco and representatives in the UK, we are well positioned to meet you face to face. Our first concern is to find the right property that is right for you. Please search our properties and developments and get in touch regarding any questions you may have.

We always strongly encourage buyers to visit morocco on an inspection trip to view the property or the development. We give your inspection trip a lot of importance and are keen that you really understand the product that you are buying as well as what the surrounding area has to offer.

Typically the purchase process for an off-plan property would look like this:

1) Put down a deposit of €2,000 to reserve your property, deducted from the total purchase price.

2) Pay an advance of 10% or 20% depending on the requirements of the developer.

3) Start paying for the property in instalments. The amounts vary according to the developer, but typically look like this:

Reservation €2,000 to reserve the property
10% First instalment
20% Usually when the foundations have been laid
20% When the structure has been built
20% When the property is in the final finishing stages
30% On completion
